Open Handbrake, and drag your video into the "Or drop a file or folder here ..." area
2. Load Presets (skip to step 3 if you already load it before)

A. Select 'Presets'
B. Select 'Manage Presets
C. Select 'Options'
D. Select 'Import Preset(s) from file"

E. Locate the downloaded file
F. Select 'Open'
G. Select the preset '720 32bit audio'
H. Select 'Set

A. Make sure the preset '720 32bit audio' is selected. If not selected, click on it and select the preset
B. Select the destination for the compressed video
4. Start compression

Click 'Start Encode' to start. your compressed video will be in your selected folder

If your compressed video is still too large, you can:
A. Select the 'Video' tab
B. Slide the 'Constant Quality' slider toward the left slightly.
'Start Encode' the video again (step 4 above)
